Join us for an exciting and dynamic Ladder Open Play! This format is designed to provide players with a fun and competitive environment where they can test their skills against different opponents and partners.

Format:

• Players are divided into groups and assigned to courts.
• Each match lasts until a team reaches 11 points,.
• Winners move up to the next court (e.g., Court 1 to Court 2) and split sides to play with new partners.
• Losers move down a court (e.g., Court 4 to Court 3) and split sides to play with new partners.

The goal is to climb the ladder by winning matches and advancing to higher courts.

Example with 4 Courts and 16 Players

Initial Setup:

• Court 1: Players 1, 2, 3, 4 Court 2: Players 5, 6, 7, 8 Court 3: Players 9, 10, 11, 12 Court 4: Players 13, 14, 15, 16

First Round:

• Each court plays until a team reaches 11 points.

After First Round:

• Winners on each court move up (Court 1 up to Court 2, Court 2 up to Court 3, Court 3 up to Court 4, and Court 4 stays).
• Losers on each court move down (Court 4 down to Court 3, Court 3 down to Court 2, Court 2 down to Court 1, Court 1 stays, ).
• Players split and form new teams with different partners.

Second Round:

• New matches are played with the same rules.

Repeat:

• The process repeats, ensuring everyone gets to play with different partners and against different opponents.
