East County Pickleball Courts ROUND ROBIN - INTERMEDIATE (3.0-3.5)

A ROUND ROBIN is a style of tournament where both your partner and opponent will change each round, giving you the chance to play with and against an array of different players. Whether you’re a solo player or with a group of friends, our Round Robin tournaments are a great chance to play in a more structured and competitive setting.

FORMAT:

Every player will be assigned a number at the beginning which will be their number for the entire event. Each round will begin with an ECPC staff member announcing the pairings and court number. (Example: 1 and 6 vs 3 and 4 on court 8). Once you hear your number called: find your court, partner, opponents, and play!

  • Games to 11, win by 2.
  • Four rounds total, with players guaranteed at least three games with the potential for a one round "bye."
  • If your game isn’t finished within the 30-minute window allotted for each round, we will stop your game in order to stay on schedule. Whoever is in the lead at the end will be declared the winners of the round.
  • If your game finishes early, feel free to hang out or continue playing until it’s time for the next round to be announced.
  • After each round, report your result/scores to the ECPC staff member running the event.
  • Please be sure to arrive at least 10 MINUTES EARLY so we can start the first round right on the hour.

Round Robin will be canceled if there are less than 4 registrants.
