5.0+ EVENT. Only players with a DUPR score of greater than a 4.6 can register OR if you have been approved to play in this event based upon previous King's results or if you have medaled in a 5.0 tournament. If your dupr is lower than 4.75 and you take last place you will not be able to sign up for four weeks.

One court is designated as the King's Court with players in the lower courts needing to win in order to advance upward. If you win you move up, and if you lose you move down. Since our group tends to have more men, females can choose to partner with the male who has the highest DUPR to help ensure females have high quality matches. If this creates an unfair advantage or a male player is not getting high quality matches ask the event organizer to consider making adjustments.

Format:

• All games in all courts start at the same time.
• Please check in 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
• If you are more than 5 minutes late you will be charged a $5 late fee.
• If you no-show or late cancel with no one to fill your spot, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee and will not be able to sign up the following week.
• The King's Court plays a game to 11/win by 2.
• All other courts play a game to 15/win by 2.
• Once the next court is finished, each court will switch to rally scoring to 11/win by 2/cap at 15.
• Once two courts are finished, all remaining courts stop playing when the next point is won.

If the event is FULL, put your name on the Waitlist List. If we get 4 additional players, we will open up another Court.
