This high octane, heart pumping all-tennis workout is for the advanced beginning player. We will introduce you to our popular Tennacity Workout style. Come ready to move! Our experienced staff will into you to this "king / queen of the court" and you will be up and running on day 1! We need a minimum of 5 players per court for the workout to take place. If we have less players, the workout is subject to be modified, The coaching staff at Tennacity will introduce tennis fundamentals, techniques, rallying, serving and some point and game play! *instructors subject to change
